Made out of Walnut, White Oak or Cherry, finished with Mineral Oil and Beeswax, it is perfect as a decor piece replacing the stock cover, and doubling as a serving board or a cutting board.
Included is a sample of a butcher block conditioner made out of carnauba wax and beeswax that can be used periodically to help prevent drying and even repair knife marks in the wood. See more info in the "Care" section below.
Important: This will fit all Lance Travel models from 2017 - 2021 (with the exception of models 1485, 1585 and 2075). For newer models, the inserts will fit in size, but will sit proud of the countertop by about 1/8".

Care Instructions
Gently scrub your board with a sponge and hot, soapy water (we recommend using a mild unscented dish soap, such as Seventh Generation Free & Clear Dish Liquid). It’s important to wash both sides of the board (even if you chopped on only one side) to prevent it from drying unevenly, which could cause the board to warp.
Rinse the board and dry it thoroughly with a clean dish towel or paper towels. Stand it upright on your counter to prevent any residual water from pooling. You can also just put it back on the sink to let it air dry as long as there's no excess water.
