This model is recessed at the Bottom to fit the internal diameter of the 2075 model sinks.
Made out of Walnut, Cherry or White Oak, finished with Mineral Oil and Beeswax, it is perfect as a decor piece, and doubling as a serving board or a cutting board.
Included is a sample of a butcher block conditioner made out of carnauba wax and beeswax that can be used periodically to help prevent drying and even repair knife marks in the wood. See more info in the "Care" section below.

Care Instructions
Gently scrub your board with a sponge and hot, soapy water (we recommend using a mild unscented dish soap, such as Seventh Generation Free & Clear Dish Liquid). It’s important to wash both sides of the board (even if you chopped on only one side) to prevent it from drying unevenly, which could cause the board to warp.
Rinse the board and dry it thoroughly with a clean dish towel or paper towels. Stand it upright on your counter to prevent any residual water from pooling. You can also just put it back on the sink to let it air dry as long as there's no excess water.
